The planned merger, which will be finalized Sept. 1 if approved by regulators, was announced by Heritage Cooperative on Feb. 13.
According to a joint statement from the chairman of the board of directors from Agland Co-Op and chairman of the board of directors from Heritage Cooperative, the merger will be valuable to members, employees and communities.
